Hey, I’m Daniel — a Product Engineer living in the vibrant city of Accra, Ghana 🇬🇭☀️, and working on global products that make an impact. I like to innovate and build software solutions. I started my coding experience at 16yrs and now I'm happy to be bringing my exprience to build entreprise solutions for North American & European businesses.
Having worked as a tech founder and an in-house UX Designer, my work is usually a mix of design, engineering, product, and business. I thrive in a fast moving team where I can be hands-on and involved in the problem solving process. I'm a fast learner with a keen eye for detail, nothing skips past me. I'm a team player and I love to support my team reach company goals and have success together.
Through my career, I've had the privilege to work with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, product managers, business stakeholders) and clients from different cultural and professional backgrounds. This has helped me develop strong communication and collaboration skills, which I believe are essential for any successful project.
I've also lead other engineering teams and mentored 6 junior developers over the past 2 years. This experience has taught me the importance of patience, empathy, and clear communication when working with others. I enjoy helping others grow and develop their skills, and I find it rewarding to see my mentees succeed.

Led the vision, planning, UX/UI design, architecture, and full-stack development of an AI-powered platform for working with AI more efficiently and securely. Took the platform from concept to production, integrated GPT-based models to automate workflows, and built secure, scalable backend services and real-time UIs. Managed AI integration, project delivery, and CI/CD, and pitched Teed at Business Turku in Finland. Worked with Electron, Jest, Python, PostgreSQL, OpenAI API, Neon DB, Pinecone, and Jina embedding models.

Directed the end-to-end UX process and software interface redesign for Built Accounting, designed a dashboard and tailored UI component library for Fleri, and created new web application interfaces for FarmHero in collaboration with business stakeholders.
